Danielle L. Dietrich elected Chair of the Women in the Law Division of the ACBA

Danielle L. Dietrich was elected Chair of the Women in the Law Division of the Allegheny County Bar Association (“ACBA”).  This nearly 2,000 member Division is responsible for creating and sponsoring programs to educate the members of the bar and the judiciary as to the character and impact of barriers which deny women the opportunity to achieve full integration and equal participation in the work, responsibilities, and rewards of the legal profession.

Danielle has a diverse practice, concentrating on business and commercial litigation representing clients in matters throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.  A large portion of her practice is devoted to assisting long-term care facilities with public assistance, guardianship and collections matters. She is also committed to the growth of Women-Owned Businesses in our area and focuses a portion of her practice on assisting Women-Owned Businesses and small businesses with their legal needs.  She earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
