Two Prominent Real Estate Attorneys Join Tucker Arensberg

The law firm of Tucker Arensberg, P.C. is pleased to announce that Patricia Brady Rodella has joined the firm as a Shareholder and co-chair of the Real Estate Practice Group and Charles H. Lehman has joined the firm as Of Counsel.  Both were with Rodella Law, LLC.

Rodella focuses her practice on commercial real estate and construction documentation.  Through her experience working with developers and lenders as well as buyers and sellers, she has handled many aspects of commercial real estate including commercial leases, ground leases, asset acquisition and sales and commercial development.

In the area of construction documentation, Rodella has worked successfully with numerous clients to establish internal and external processes and forms to expeditiously meet requirements and to ensure steady progress.

Lehman focuses his practice on the acquisition, development, leasing and finance of commercial real estate, general business transactions, contract negotiation and drafting, the structuring and formation of business entities, and the purchase and sale of small to mid-sized businesses.  He also represents family-owned businesses, and counsels their owners throughout the life cycle of the company.  Prior to joining Rodella Law, he was a partner at Gefsky and Lehman, PC.

Rodella received her JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and her BA from Gannon University.  Lehman received his JD from Duquesne University School of Law and his BA from Duquesne University.
